Jonathan Moulding

Jonathan Moulding joined the Spicer Road Dental Practice in 1995 and in 1999 he became a partner and joint owner of this long established dental practice. Away from the practice, Jonathan enjoys playing golf (not always brilliantly), reading, watching movies and DVDs, travelling and keeping up with the latest technological advances both at home and on the internet.

Laurence Wood

Laurence graduated from Cardiff University with a First Class Honours in 2010 and has since continued his professional development passing postgraduate exams and being awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Since he has gained further skills and experience in oral surgery and special care dentistry at both Prince Charles Hospital and St David’s Hospital in Wales. Laurence is passionate about preventative dentistry and also loves to use his artistic skills to improve patients’ smiles. Aside from dentistry he enjoys painting, surfing, fishing and generally anything that involves being outdoors.

Sarah Wood

Sarah works with us Monday mornings, all day Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s she has been in general practice in Wales and has also worked in Australia. Sarah is keen to uphold the practice’s ethos and reputation for good quality preventative dentistry. A keen tennis player, she also enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits.

Stephen Bulmer

Stephen is working with us 4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday, he qualified locally and he was previously been working in Dawlish. Taking over from retiring dentist Mohsen Farhoudi, Stephen has been a great asset to our team.

Hannah Robinson

The newest member of our team, Hannah will be working with us on Thursday and Friday’s each week and is seeing lots of new patients. Hannah has worked with us previously and we are very pleased to welcome her back.

Mr Jonathan Owen

Jonathan Owen is our dental hygienist and therapist who provides gentle, tailor-made preventative care for your teeth and gums, and he is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists (BSDHT). During his spare time, Jonathan enjoys outdoor life, keeping fit, and travelling to as many corners of the globe as possible. He has lived in Brazil and has enjoyed experiencing dentistry in Myanmar, India and Bolivia.

Mrs Joanne Anderson

An experienced Practice Manager, Jo joined the Spicer Road team in 2012. It is her to job to ensure the smooth running of the Practice and to liaise between clinicians, nurses and patients. She has also passed a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing so you may sometimes see her nursing in surgery.

Katie Pattinson

Katie began dental nursing in 2009. A member of our team since 2010, she passed the National Certificate of Dental Nursing exam in 2011.

Stephanie Potter

Stephanie began nursing in Exeter in 2011 and passed the National Diploma of Dental Nursing in 2012.

Lian Knight

Lian started her dental nursing career in Northampton, joining our team in 2016.

Dental Nurse Amber worked at another local practice whilst completing her training. We are very pleased she is now part of our team here at Spicer Road.

Chloe Slack

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing

Dental Nurse Chloe joined our team at the end of 2022 and has now completed her training whilst working in practice and also studying at Exeter College.

Sydney Westacott

Sydney joined our team in 2023 and is a Trainee Dental Nurse, working in practice and also studying at Exeter College

Sarah Dyer

‘On reception we pride ourselves on our knowledge of our patients. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests and give information and advice to help you wherever we can. Sarah co-ordinates our reception desk and she is our Denplan Champion who will help you with any specific Denplan queries.

Rebecca Baker

On joining our Reception Team, Bex has over 20 years experience working in dentistry as a nurse and also as a receptionist. We are happy to say she is now working on our Reception Desk alongside Sarah.
