We have been working hard to make sure that when we re-open we have all of the necessary Personal Protective Clothing (PPE) and other equipment to keep you, our patients, our dental staff and all our families safe. It has been very difficult to obtain PPE (especially with fake goods in the supply chain) however we are due deliveries in the coming days and weeks.
Next week we will be doing lots of training on the new Standard Operating Procedures of how we run the practice safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the first opportunity to do this because most of our team has been furloughed.
We are aiming to be able to start seeing patients with dental emergencies, face-to-face, hopefully from Wednesday June 10th. We are seeing patients by appointment only during this time. Please do not attend the practice without an appointment because you will not be seen. In the first few weeks of opening the practice will be operating a closed door policy.
Before we make an appointment for you we must screen you to insure that you display no symptoms of COVID 19 infection. This is again for your safety, the safety of our team and all of our families.
We share your frustration at not being able to open sooner due to many factors beyond our control; please be re-assured that we will re-open as soon as we can keep everyone as safe as possible.
If you need to contact the practice for a routine enquiry or emergency care before the 9th June please email us at info@spicerroaddentalpractice.com .
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
